Matcha is a finely ground green tea made from specially cultivated leaves. It’s whisked into water, not steeped—so you’re drinking the full leaf, not just an infusion. This competition-grade version is made from hand-selected tencha chosen for their purity, complexity, and balance.

This isn’t lifestyle green tea. It’s matcha in its purest form—shade-grown, stone-milled, first harvest only. The plants are covered for several weeks before harvest to increase chlorophyll and amino acid content. After picking, the leaves are steamed, dried, and deveined to become tencha. It’s then slowly ground between granite stones. That process takes time—but protects the fine texture, aroma, and complexity of the tea.

Our ceremonial matcha is vibrant, smooth, and ideal for daily preparation—whisked with water, no additions needed.
Our competition-grade matcha goes further: made from hand-selected lots with exceptional balance and depth. It’s extremely limited in quantity and rarely exported. Perfect for special days.

Both are bright green in colour—but more importantly, they’re rich in umami, soft in bitterness, and clean in the finish. In the cup: dense froth, fresh green notes, and a slow, layered taste. This isn’t matcha that needs mixing with sugar or milk—it’s made to be tasted as it is.

Matcha takes a few steps: sift, measure, whisk. It asks for your attention. But that’s part of the value—it gives it back in clarity and focus.
